וַתְּהִ֨י רֵאשִׁ֤ית מַמְלַכְתּוֹ֙ בָּבֶ֔ל וְאֶ֖רֶךְ וְאַכַּ֣ד וְכַלְנֵ֑ה בְּאֶ֖רֶץ שִׁנְעָֽר׃

The mainstays of his kingdom were Babylon, Erech, Accad, and Calnehcand Calneh Heb. we-khalneh, better vocalized we-khullanah “all of them being.” in the land of Shinar.
