Saul’s sons were: Jonathan, Ishvi,<sup class="footnote-marker">u</sup><i class="footnote"><b>Ishvi </b>The same as Ishbosheth (2 Sam. 2.8) and Eshbaal (1 Chron. 8.33).</i> and Malchi-shua; and the names of his two daughters were Merab, the older, and Michal, the younger.
