Eshtemoa, also transcribed Ashtemoe, Eshtemo, and Esthama, was an ancient city in the Judaean Mountains, specifically in the southern Hebron Hills, mentioned several times in the Hebrew Bible. It is identified with the modern site of As-Samu'.
