The constants carried in the Arabic text itself: 7, 12, 28 (= the lunar mansions / the Arabic letters), and 19 (sura 74:30, "Above it are nineteen") — the ‘ilm al-ḥurūf ("science of letters"), the closest non-Hebrew sibling of the Sefer Yetzirah letter-astronomy.
